Ventura County Schools Self-Funding Authority (VCSSFA) offers myMatrixx, a Prescription Benefit Network (PBN), to its member districts as an added service in the workers’ compensation program. Below please find First Fill flyers, by member, that are to be used by your injured worker should they need medication(s) as treatment for their work-related injury. Please provide your injured worker with a flyer at time of injury.
Transportation Services
Ventura County Schools Self-Funding Authority (VCSSFA) is now offering transportation services for the initial visit to the industrial clinic when a member district’s employee is injured on the job and is unable to drive themselves for treatment. Please note this service is for the initial roundtrip transportation to the industrial clinic only. For more information, please see the below flyers, available in English and Spanish, by member. Each member has their own Member ID Code on the flyer.
