Entry-Level Claims Opportunities

Looking to begin a career in claims handling? Consider applying to our robust trainee program – no previous insurance industry experience required!

Join a trainee program in either our Workers’ Compensation or Property & Casualty divisions that offer participants hands-on foundational training to prepare them for a long-term career in claims management. These programs provide opportunities to learn from experienced Assistant Claims Examiners, Senior Claims Examiners, and other Athens leaders in small group settings with live support. Trainees are mentored every step of the way and are given valuable opportunities to shadow subject matter experts on a wide array of tasks and claims scenarios.

As a Trainee, you will…
